"My previous experience was poor, but the current series of journeys from Wiltshire to London and return was faultless. I had the same driver (Hammad) for both journeys, and a different one for a short journey within London.
Hammad kept me informed of his progress, arrived early and managed the heavy London traffic expertly. He was also friendly. The car was clean and tidy, his driving of a high standard.
The only quibble is that a bit more advice on timings would be helpful. Those of us living in the countryside have difficulty in judging travel time within London. "
