"At 8,30pm, in the dark, I wasn’t able to get in contact with Taxicode ( the company that made the booking) to confirm if the taxi will still come or not. It was so distressing! No text message for confirmation and the details for picking up hasn’t been passed correctly to the driver . Still waiting for the refund. 7 days later (4 minusing the bank holiday)"
